POWER OUTAGE MANAGEMENT

Texas-New Mexico Power Company has a tradition of quick response
to our customers power outage situations. In lieu of automation, we rely on our locally based support team’s knowledge of our transmission and distribution networks to restore power quickly and efficiently. We have successfully employed this tactic for more than 65 years.

Our wide range of service areas allows for us to call in crews from
outside an affected area in the event of a major storm causing
widespread damage. Coupled with our alliances with contract tree
trimming and electrical construction companies, we have the means
of getting a small army of well-trained personnel on site in a short
period of time.
