METERING/UNMETERED SERVICES

TNMP’s standard meter includes single-phase residential,
single-phase demand, polyphase non-demand and polyphase demand.
TNMP’s meter program software inventory currently supports Elster Electricity LLC, Landis & Gyr, Itron, and TransData (EPS Meters).

Currently, TNMP requires that any meter with an Interval Data
Recorder (IDR) be supported by TNMP’s ITRON hand-held
reader terminal and/or MV-90 interrogation software.

Upon notice of a request, TNMP will perform additional tests of the accuracy of a meter no later than 10 business days after the notice is received. The additional test will be free of charge if the meter is determined to be outside the accuracy standards established by ANSI. Otherwise, TNMP will charge the Retail Electric Provider for the additional tests in accordance with the Rate Schedule in Section 6.1, RATE SCHEDULES.
