Discounts, rebates, fee waivers, or alternative tariff terms and
conditions being provided by TNMP to a Competitive Affiliate
The Public Utility Commission of Texas Substantive Rule 25.272(f)(2) and
TNMP's Code of Conduct require any discount, rebate, fee waiver, or
alternative tariff terms and condition being offered by TNMP to a
Competitive Affiliate be contemporaneously available to any similarly
situated non-affiliate.
