Starting in 2007, TNMP's operations merged with PNM.  While that means several changes are in store for you, some important things will stay the same or get better.  Reliable delivery of electricity, along with friendly, helpful customer service, are as important to PNM as they have been to TNMP.

• If you are a PNM gas customer, and the information on both your TNMP and PNM accounts match, you will receive one bill with both electric and gas information.

• Customers who wish to pay their bill online now can do so at PNM.com starting with their first bills.
• TNMP offices in Silver City and Alamogordo moved to the existing PNM office locations, while the Bayard, Lordsburg and Ruidoso offices will remain open.
