TNMP Fund

During the last 25 years, the PNM Resources Foundation has helped improve the quality of life in New Mexico by supporting nonprofit organizations. The Texas-New Mexico Power Fund is a division of the PNM Resources Foundation.

The PNM Resources Foundation has distributed more than $5 million to fund nonprofit projects that meet community needs throughout Texas and New Mexico.

In 1983, shareholders created the PNM Foundation as a separate, nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation governed by a board of trustees comprised of PNM employees. In 2005, with the acquisition of
First Choice Power and Texas-New Mexico Power, the foundation
expanded its scope to include parts of Texas. No customer funds are
part of the PNM Resources Foundation endowment.
